From planning to turnkey delivery: in 2014, we built a concrete sleeper production plant in Algeria.
The plant supports the development of Algeria’s railway industry and the implementation of the country’s ambitious plans to modernise and expand its infrastructure. A key feature is its advanced carousel production technology, which enables both prestressed concrete sleepers and conventionally reinforced bi-block sleepers to be manufactured for the Algerian market.
For this project, we also took responsibility for product development and sleeper design. In addition, experienced technicians and engineers provided support throughout the product approval and plant commissioning processes.

The project was completed on schedule and within the planned budget, while meeting both the customer’s and RAILONE’s quality standards
The plant was designed to meet the requirements of the Algerian railway company ANESRIF for the production of VAX bi-block sleepers and M450 prestressed monoblock sleepers
