Optimized Noise Protection with RONA RAILONE Noise Absorbers on the Hanover to Berlin Line.
In 2010, RAILONE supplied RONA RAILONE Noise Absorbers for a 10 km section of the Hanover to Berlin line in Germany.
RAILONE manufactured the RONA RAILONE Noise Absorbers at its former production site in Kirchmöser. The absorber slabs were subsequently installed along 10 km of ballastless track on the Hanover to Berlin line. The slabs had to be replaced because products previously installed by another manufacturer showed quality defects and therefore did not meet the noise protection requirements.
