Weichen sind technisch komplexe Gleisbauteile, die sich nicht beliebig an angrenzende Bauwerke anpassen lassen. Die Konstruktion der Weichenschwelle muss sich daher weitgehend an die Weichenkonstruktion anpassen. RAILONE beherrscht diese Anpassungsprozesse und verfügt zudem über das erforderliche Know-how, um die große Vielfalt an unterschiedlichen Schwellen wirtschaftlich und in gleichbleibender Qualität herzustellen. Einen Meilenstein in dieser Richtung erreichte RAILONE im Jahr 2019 mit der Inbetriebnahme seines neuesten Weichenschwellenwerks in Schwandorf. Dort werden Weichenschwellen in einem hochautomatisierten und digitalisierten Prozess mit weltweit beispielloser Produktivität und Qualität hergestellt.
